Joanna Graber
Joanna joined our team in 2016. She has participated in many assessments in German and English. She brings experience and a broad knowledge base on different management levels to consulting with several years in the construction industry as well as in the hotel and catering industry.
Dr. Daniel Knüsel
After his studies, Daniel worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse. He then worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zug and Frankfurt am Main as an auditor and management consultant, including many years as a partner. Today, Daniel is the owner and partner of a trust boutique. He has extensive experience in recruiting processes and personnel assessments as well as in management consulting.
Sander Mallien
Sander has over 30 years of international senior leadership experience on C-level and Boards in the finance, insurance, energy, telecom, and health sectors. He held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in Switzerland. Career highlights include being president of the NGO Green Cross Switzerland and treasurer of the Green Cross International Board, where he worked closely with Green Cross founder Mikhail Gorbachev to help develop a sustainable global community.
Claudia Orth
Claudia joined our team in 2014. She has participated in many assessments in German and English. She brings substantial experience and a broad knowledge base on different management levels to consulting, as she has worked for more than 20 years in the automotive and chemical industries and in human resources. In our team she is the main contact person for administration and accounting.
Dr. Regula Stammbach
Regula has over 20 years of international experience in leadership advisory, assessments, individual and team coaching. She is an entrepreneur, who founded this company after having worked for leading Swiss and international firms in the leadership advisory, consulting and branding sectors. She earned her masters and doctorate in psychology, including a doctoral dissertation in the field of Corporate Identity from the University of Zurich. She holds a US bachelor’s degree and did her masters’ studies in sociolinguistics at the University of Pennsylvania.
James Staricco
James brings over 20 years of international senior leadership experience on the C-level and Boards to the team. He has previously worked in finance, consulting, sports marketing, and the legal sector. In the finance sector career highlights include being the COO for Global Equities for Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt. James holds an LL.M degree in international law from Georgetown University in the U.S. He has lived and worked in Switzerland, the United States, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. James is the Managing Director.
